Strong taste almost like rich chicken stock ,which I actually like as I can have it in hot water as a filler when peckish , easily dissolved. I can’t say yet if it has helped my knees feel better yet ,as I’m on day 23 ?

I am very much impressed with this product. I am overweight and I have very painful knees. I started taking the Type II Collagen on 1 January. I did not stop eating wrong foods, I did not loose weight, I did not exercise. BUT my knees are much, much better. I did not do anything else to lessen the pain – the collagen helped. I will keep on using this wonderful product. If I must be honest: I do not like the taste!!! But that is a small price to pay for the improvement.Thank you very much!!

To soon to notice a difference yet
I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 16 years ago and for the first time, I can say that I am in less pain than before. The taste is horrible but it’s worth it. Heads up to anybody drinking it. Dilute the collagen in a bit of water and have another glass of your favourite beverage close by.

Yup! Type 2 collagen doesn’t taste that great and that’s why we recommend adding your daily serving (2.5g) to a smoothie or shake? Alternatively, we have pure type 2 collagen powder in capsules which some customers appear to prefer?
Only been using it for 2 weeks so I would lie if I say I am feeling fantastic but I do think there is an all round improvement.
Not the tastiest collagen around, but I imagine would actually be a great addition to things like chicken soups or stocks, needs a strong flavour to mask it like with coffee. So far I think it has helped with some dodgy joints, but thats still yet to be fully proven.

The label is confusing – is a teaspoon (2.5g)? – I think you should just give a weight – say 5g or 2.5g daily

Low-cost alternatives are always available and imported from China but unfortunately, their ethical sourcing (cruelty-free), product integrity (potential fillers, heavy metal toxicity) and efficacy (not backed by clinical studies) cannot be guaranteed.
Getting used to the taste. I could not find the instructions ON THE CAN. I had to search on internet for instructions how to use for example in hot beverages, over food etc. mayby I am not seeing it on the container?
