where do I find my refer-a-friend link?
You must be signed in to your account. Your unique refer-a-friend link will appear on your www.mojome.co.za dashboard
How do I sign up for a www.mojome.co.za account?
You can automatically register for an account at check out or you can sign up here.
I referred a friend, when will I receive my discount?
Your friend must complete a purchase using the unique link that you sent them in order for us to credit your account.
How will I know my friend used my refer-a-friend link?
You will receive an email when your friend redeems their discount at www.mojome.co.za. The email will also include a discount code which can be redeemed against your next purchase.
Where will my friend find their discount?
When you send them your refer-a-friend link, their discount will automatically apply. Otherwise, they will receive an email with a unique code for a discount on their first purchase.
I referred a friend but lost my discount code email?
It happens! Please email hello@mojome.co.za with the name of the friend you referred and we can check if your code has already been redeemed. If not, we will send a new one for you and cancel the other code for you.
