OMEGA-3 FATTY ACIDS ARE VITAL FOR OPTIMAL HEALTH

Omega-3 fatty acids are incredibly important for health and can only obtained from the consumption of whole foods.

The optimal ratio of Omega-6 to Omega-3 is around 2:1 (2 grams : 1 grams) and not higher than 3:1 The reason being that these essential fatty acids compete with each other in our bodies for Enzymes. Eating too much Omega-6 and not enough Omega-3 means that only the Omega-6 will be metabolised and your body won't be able to use the Omega-3.

Are Naturally OCURRING and Synthetic Nutrients the SAME?

The accepted view is that synthetic vitamins and minerals, engineered in a laboratory are chemically identical to those found in food ... BUT ...

 

Despite having a near identical chemical structure, our bodies may react differently to synthetically engineered nutrients. It's unclear how well synthetic nutrients are absorbed and used in the body. Some synthetically engineered nutrients are not absorbed at all and are of no benefit before passing straight through.

The reason for the difference is simple.
