Dear Sirs,
I ordered your 3 for 2 collagen “Special Offer”
I paid you R1320.00
I received ONLY ONE collagen – for which you in effect charged me 150% of my usual payment for them.
I am extremely disappointed at this excessive charge and feel that I have been “scammed” into buying your product at 1 and a half the usual price.
Do you have an explanation for this ??

This special deal means that when you purchase two packs, you get a third one absolutely free.
I noticed that your recent order included only one pack, which is why it didn’t qualify for the promotion.
However, if you’d like to take advantage of this offer, we would happily add a complimentary third pack to your order when you purchase a second one.

I was expecting to receive my products within 3 days however it took a week.
We’re really sorry to hear that your order took longer than you were expecting to arrive. We totally understand how important it is to receive your products promptly, and I want to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
After looking into your order, We can see that it was actually shipped out on Tuesday, February 7th, as planned. Our courier attempted to deliver it on Friday the 10th, within the 3-day delivery window we aim for. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to deliver it successfully. As you may know, there are no courier deliveries over the weekend, so your order was ultimately delivered on the following Monday.
Again, We’re really sorry for any frustration this may have caused. We’re always looking for ways to improve our service, and we’ll take your feedback into account as we do so. Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention, and please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to make things right.

Hi Rabanus, we appreciate your frustration and sincerely apologise for the delay with your delivery. We are experiencing delays with some international deliveries which are unfortunately beyond our control. Your order was shipped by tracked air freight and is most definitely on its way to you. If you provide your local Namibian postal service with your tracking number they should be able to locate your order and advise on customs clearance and the earliest delivery. We will also follow up again from our side and revert soonest.
First experience is awful. I ordered on 9th April, 11th April order couriered. Today 2nd May am still waiting for my goods to arrive. The tracking number/system link provided not working, did queries, promised feedback, waited 2 weeks with no feedback. I wake up everyday hoping to get a call for goods arrival to no avail. Will keep hoping though.

The product was underwhelming and tasteless.
It’s instructions do not inform one about how much you should take of it per day to get the correct amount of collagen or too much.
Hi Sandy, thanks for your feedback. Our collagen creamer has been developed as a healthy alternative for those following a ketogenic (low-carb / no added sugar) lifestyle. We do not add artificial flavours, bulking agents or sweeteners. Each serving contains 5.3g of collagen protein. (nutritional data) The recommended intake of collagen is 5g -10g per day.
