Dear Sirs,
I ordered your 3 for 2 collagen “Special Offer”
I paid you R1320.00
I received ONLY ONE collagen – for which you in effect charged me 150% of my usual payment for them.
I am extremely disappointed at this excessive charge and feel that I have been “scammed” into buying your product at 1 and a half the usual price.
Do you have an explanation for this ??

First experience is awful. I ordered on 9th April, 11th April order couriered. Today 2nd May am still waiting for my goods to arrive. The tracking number/system link provided not working, did queries, promised feedback, waited 2 weeks with no feedback. I wake up everyday hoping to get a call for goods arrival to no avail. Will keep hoping though.
The product was underwhelming and tasteless.
It’s instructions do not inform one about how much you should take of it per day to get the correct amount of collagen or too much.
I sent an enquiry about the Collagen special on messenger on the 26th of Jan and received no response.
I sent an email on the 26th of Jan to hello@mojome.co.za about a different MojoMe product I had purchased that tasted off and rancid and I received no response.
I purchased Collagen online and the service was supperb…so it seems to me the sales is great but the customer service not so much.
Too expensive for chocolates. Even though good ingredients are used, they are too expensive. Please look at adjusting your prices, so we can continually want to support your company
