- Yields: 1 Serving (22cm Cake)
1Place a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water and slowly melt the dark chocolate.
2Place the cream, cocoa powder, butter and erythritol in a small saucepan over a medium heat and slowly stir to combine.
3Add the melted chocolate to the saucepan, stir to combine until the mixture has a thicker, glossy consistency.
4Remove the saucepan from the heat and leave to cool for a minute before pouring over the top layer of the cake.
Optional: Sprinkle grated MojoMe dark chocolate shavings on top of the ganache, whilst adding a few blueberries.
*If you prefer Erythritol can be replaced with Xylitol but please remember that Xylitol is toxic to pets and can be fatal for dogs.
